The RVTI at Hisar became operational in 1986, from the campus of Women ITI, Hisar.  The Institute would shift to Panipat, the industrial township, after construction of its own building.  

Skill Training offered:-
 

Basic skill *	Advanced skill *
Electronic Mechanic;  Preservation of Fruits & Vegetables; Secretarial Practice(English);  Hair & Skin Care; Stenography(Hindi)	Dress Making
Course Duration  One to Two year	Eight Months
Academic Session  August to July	October to May

Eligibility varies with the courses selected 

Facilities for organizing Short-term courses* are available in all the on-going skill areas.
